What forms of payment do you take? Bragging Rights Scrapbook Supply accepts all major credit cards and PayPal through PayPal payments. When you are finished shopping, click on "Checkout" and you will be taken to PayPal to complete payment. PayPal will complete your credit card authorization or PayPal payment and return you to www.BraggingRights-Scrap.com
Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy from you? No. PayPal will process your credit card payment even without a PayPal account.
Can I place my order by phone instead of the internet? Yes. Please call 301-904-2044 with your order information. Feel free to leave your order on voice mail and customer service will return your call to confirm your order and process payment. You must use a valid credit card as your form of payment.
I live in Maryland, can I pick up my order? We are currently an internet only business. Orders can be delivered locally (within a 30 mile radius from California, MD) for a small delivery charge. Just choose the "Local Delivery" option during check-out. For insurance purposes, no pick-ups are allowed.
How Do I redeem a Gift Certificate? When finished placing your items in the shopping cart, click on "Check Out". On the payment page, enter your gift certificate number in the "discount code" field.
Is there a minimum ordering requirement? There are no minimums for domestic orders within the United States.
What if I order an item that is out of stock? Bragging Rights Scrapbook Supply uses manufacturers with quick shipping. If an item is not in stock at the time of order placement, we will ship your available items right away and send the out of stock items at no additional charge when we receive them. Out of stock items should be available for shipping within one week, unless they are out of stock at the manufacturer, in which case you will be contacted by a staff member to discuss your options,
Can I add items to my order after I have completed the transaction? Once your order has been approved, your credit card has been charged, and your order has been sent to our shipping department you will not be able to add items to your order. You will need to place another order.
How long will it take to get my order? Most orders are shipped from our facility within 2-3 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays, items ordered on these days will ship the next business day. After the order is processed, the shipping method you selected during checkout will determine how long it will take to receive your package. From the time your order leaves our facility, USPS Priority reaches addresses throughout the 48 contiguous states generally within 1 to 3 business days. If you are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO military addresses, your shipment may take 2-4 weeks.
Can I return an item? Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from Bragging Rights Scrapbook Supply. We accept returns on non-personalized products up to 60 days from delivery date. If you should wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us at Shelly@BraggingRights-Scrap.com and the Customer Service Staff will give you the address to return your order or partial order. The item must be in its unopened, original packaging and in its unopened, original box for proper credit. The Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns, except when defective or mis-shipped products are sent. We recommend you insure the package and keep the shipping receipt on hand until credit is issued. Refunds will be issued upon return of the product in good condition and should appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 14 days. Please be aware that if you return an item which makes your order total fall below the FREE shipping amount, shipping charges will be added and the remaining balance will be credited to your account.
What do I do if my order is damaged? If a package is damaged upon arrival, please report the damage to Bragging Rights Scrapbook Supply immediately by sending email to: orders@BraggingRights-Scrap.com. Let the postal delivery driver know if damage is apparent at the time of delivery, and make sure that the driver notes the damage on their delivery sheet. We will do our best to ship you a replacement item as soon as possible. If the item that was damaged is out of stock, we will issue a refund for that item.
